Why I Love Supersets and Why You Should too!
One of the main reasons I love incorporating super sets into my workout routine is because not only does it build muscle, it also burns fat. For those of you who don't know, a super set exercise is two different exercises performed back to back with no rest in between. Your rest cycle will follow the super set. These are awesome because you can get more bang for your buck while working out! Super-setting will help you to perform more work in less time which is key to building quality muscle.
For example, you can hit either two different leg exercises, OR you can hit an arm exercise followed by back, chest, or whatever your heart desires! Your heart rate stays elevated, your body stays warm, and your muscles stay engaged. I tend to work the same body part in my super sets, but don't be afraid to try what works best for you!
